Casino Mont Tremblant

It’s been one full year since Mont Tremblant added their new addition to the resort. The new Casino is located in Versant Soleil. It’s accessible via the new Express gondola located in Versant sud right beside the Sommet des Neiges hotel in the village, or you can drive directly.

I am not a gambler myself but I have been to Vegas and I am a fan of Celebrity Texas Hold’em. I had mixed feelings about the Casino coming to Tremblant but I like that it is a small casino, hidden in the corner of the mountain surrounded by trees. There are three levels to the Casino and each floor is nice and quaint. I had an image of the giant casinos in Vagas with huge open rooms the size of gigantic supermarkets with blinking lights and loud noises. This isn’t the case for Casino Mont Tremblant. If you are in the main village on the south side and haven’t heard of the Casino, you could spend the week-end there without bumping into it.

The casino offers some 400 slot machines and 25 gaming tables with dealers, including 5 Texas Hold’em poker tables. There is also a 125 seat bar where snacks are served. There is presently a restaurant located at the Casino called Altitude which is quite good and sometimes there are really good live shows, you should check on their website to find out.

If you want to stay close to the Casino you need to stay in one of the Etoile du Matin condos. They are literally steps away. They are also ski in and ski out.

If you are on vacation and have some cash to spend, I do suggest experiencing the Casino. A little 20$ in the slot machine never killed anyone.
