There is plenty to do for kids all year round in Tremblant. Living here for the past 10 years and catering to guests on the resort with families I think I have all the information parents need when traveling with kids.
Before even heading to Tremblant with your little one, start by contacting Baby RendezVous for all the baby equipment you might need. Well worth it especially when everything is installed in your condo or chalet before you arrive. www.babyrendezvous.com
If you are with really young kids, you can find 2 great Little Parks where you can watch your child play in a safe and peaceful environment. One is located in between the Creperie and the Country Inn right in the center of Tremblant Village.
I prefer the other park, just for the simple fact that it is well hidden with less people around. It is located behind L’Ernitage sur Lac close to the church.
You can also sit peacefully in the benches overlooking Lac Mirror which is right beside the park. This area is surprisingly quiet for being directly in the middle of it all.
I am a big fan of the Studio Creatif, where you can purchase something ceramic like a piggy bank for example and your child can paint and personalize their own. They are located right on the resort at the base of the mountain beside the cabriolet.
The Bungee Swings located at the bottom of the hill right beside the gondola seems to be quite popular with all the kids.
As long as your child is between 30lbs to 160lbs they can bounce away to their hearts content. Right beside the bungee is a climbing wall; it isn’t very high but it’s perfect for young kids.
The Luge is also a big hit. One time is never enough so be prepared to go a few times.
Cycling with the kids is great in Tremblant. We have great bike trails for all levels. If they are really young you can rent bikes with the double seater attachment to pull them around while you bike on the many trails in the area.
The Birds of Prey is a great show to bring the kids of all ages.
It takes place at the top of the mountain with different show times so make sure to get your tickets. The birds are quite spectacular and you can usually go quite close to them. The guide might even have a bird land right beside you.
.
The Aquaclub La Source has an outdoor pool and a jungle gym in the pool inside. Depending what hotel or condo you are lodging with you can sometimes have free access to the Aquaclub.
Last summer the resort added a Pirate’s Water Park where depending on the schedule there is a live show with music and dancing for the kids. They can cool down with the dragon water jets and run around the big pirate ship. This is great place for the young ones.
Mini Golf Le Petit Geant is one of my favorites just because I think its a hit with kids and adults.
The mini golf is an exact replica of the golf course Le Geant (little tidbit ).
Beach and Tennis on Lac Tremblant is always a nice place to be with the kids. There is a lifeguard on the premise so you can feel safe. You can rent pontoons, kayaks, motor boats for some water skiing or some wake board action for the older kids.
During the winter you can start sending your kids for ski lessons starting at the age of 3 so you can enjoy some of your vacation while your kids are busy for the day. There is also the Kids Club located right beside the Sommet des Neiges where you can also leave your kids for a half day or full day. The Kids Club is for kids between the ages of 1 to 6 years old.
Dog sledding is one of my favorite activities to do, and depending what company you choose you can bring your kids along in the same sled or put your little one with the main tour guide.
Tubing is a great activity and not too expensive. It is located on the 117 at the Comfort Inn on your way to the resort. About a 10 minute drive.
Lastly, all year round in high season mostly you can find the Mont Tremblant mascot, Tofu. He roams the resort saying hi to all the kids and making most of them happy unless they are really young some will tend to cry. It’s like meeting Santa Clause for the first time.
I am sure there might be more things to do with the children but these are my favorite. If you have heard of any that I haven’t mention, I would love to hear about them. Hope you enjoy all the many activities you can have with the kids in Mont Tremblant.

Deana, great info, thank you!
The Lunch Stop Tremblant, a cafe at the top of the pedestrian village, has a great little play area for kids. A lifesaver for parents with children age 3/4 and under who would like to drink a coffee in peace.
Also, most of the restaurants in the village are quite child-friendly – even one of the fancier ones, Coco Pazzo, had a sign in front saying that children are welcome.
But if you need a restaurant that has a “something-for-everyone” menu and super-fast service, go with Casey’s near the bottom of the village.
They unfortunately shut down at the beginning of the summer
